Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Prompt Atlas, including the prompt gallery, publishing tools, account features, image generation features, credits, and related services.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us through the Service if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or interfere with the Service.

Prompt Publishing and User Content

The Service lets users publish, save, and browse prompts, images, titles, categories, model metadata, author attribution, and related content. You retain any rights you hold in your content, subject to the license you grant below.

• You grant Prompt Atlas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and otherwise use your submitted content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and make the Service available.
• You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit, publish, and license your content.
• Public content may be visible to other users, indexed by search engines, and referenced by AI search or answer systems.
• We may remove, moderate, or limit content that violates these Terms, applicable law, platform policies, or quality and safety standards.

AI Image Generation

AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to third-party content, or unsuitable for some uses. You are responsible for reviewing prompts, inputs, and outputs before using them in any project.

Do not use the Service to generate or distribute illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or policy-violating content. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated images complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

Credits, Orders, and Paid Features

The Service may offer credits or paid features for image generation or other usage-based capabilities. Credit balances, pricing, availability, and usage rules may change over time. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, credits are not cash, are non-transferable, and may be subject to expiration, fraud review, or account restrictions.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Your use of a payment provider may be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

Acceptable Use

• Do not violate laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or contractual obligations.
• Do not upload malware, probe or attack systems, bypass access controls, scrape at abusive volume, or interfere with Service performance.
• Do not impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, manipulate rankings, or publish misleading attribution.
• Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive personal information unless you have confirmed that the Service is appropriate for that use.
• Do not use the Service to create, facilitate, or distribute content involving exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, illegal goods or services, harassment, or other harmful activity.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, and system content, is owned by Prompt Atlas or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including AI model providers, image storage, authentication, analytics, payment processing, and external author pages. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompt Atlas disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompt Atlas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prompt Atlas from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Changes and Termination

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect users, the Service, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
